DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF GLOBAL INVESTMENT REVIEW AT U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE
David Rader is Deputy Director in the Office of Global Investment Review (GIR) at the Department of Defense. David’s focus is on national economic security, foreign direct investment, trade and industrial policy, and matters under the purview of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). David also serves as Director of international engagement, commercial market engagement, and interagency engagement for GIR. David holds a BA in Political Science, MA in Government, JD in Corporate Bankruptcy Law, an MS in Finance, and is currently working on his MBA.
