Elodie is a Senior Policy Advisor in the UK Home Office, covering criminality in the Western Balkans. She previously held policy positions at NATO and EU institutions, and spent several years working as a criminal law researcher in academia. She holds a PhD in Law where she focused on the EU’s integrated approach to counterterrorism.
